経験者向けのマルマル一日、日帰りツアーです。

対象

トレイルランニングレースに参加したことがある方

ロード・山を問わず4時間以上続けて走った経験のある方

フルマラソン以上を完走かそれに相当する走力をお持ちの方

4/17（土） 現地集合　8:00 〜17:00終了予定

参加費用
7000円（保険代・バス送迎代・入浴料含む）

ご用意いただくもの
トレイルランニングシューズ、行動食、現金、ディパック、ハイドレーション（2リットル）,グローブ,雨具、保険証

Who has an experience of trail running race
Who has an experience to run on road or trail continuously for at least 4 hours
Who has an experience to complete full marathon or any ultra distance

or anyone who has same kind of experiences or ability
