トレイルランナーズ TRAILRUNNERS

昨年末より準備を進めていたトレイルランナーズカップ。

今年は、新潟県の佐渡を除く全地域（上越・中越・下越）をカバーすべく、新潟市、三条市、長岡市そして、上越市などの後援を得ながら、それぞれの市で行うことになりました。

これを機会に、

”何かスポーツをしなきゃ！”

と考えている方も含め、できる限り多くの方に

”スポーツを始めてほしい！”

そして

”スポーツを通じ心身ともにより健康になってほしい！”

そう願っています。

自然の中で体を動かせば、悩みなども、すべてちっぽけなことに見えてきてしまうはず♪♪♪

ということで、普段運動していない方も大歓迎です。そのために、今年は、

１．3キロの部、8キロの部をご用意

２．はじめての方のための30分ワンポイント無料講習会をご用意

３．トレイルランニンググッズの無料お試し会をご用意

市街地から近く一人でも安全で整備の行き届いた里山遊歩道で、健康増進を目指す一般市民などを対象に、新潟県内で初となる、初心者のためのトレイルランニングレースシリーズ、新潟県トレイルランナーズカップシリーズ（約3キロの部・約8キロの部）を開催。

●日程＆会場（集合場所）は以下の通り。
3月28日　新潟大会　新潟市秋葉区石油の里観光物産館駐車場
4月25日　三条大会　三条市三条市総合運動公園トリムの森駐車場
5月16日　長岡大会　長岡市東山ファミリーランド運動広場
9月26日　上越大会　上越市金谷山スキー場駐車場（芝生広場横）
10月24日　新潟大会　新潟市秋葉区石油の里観光物産館駐車場

当日はそれぞれの日程で、午後1時15分から約30分、ザ・ノース・フェイスアスリート松永紘明による初めての方のための無料ミニ講習会をあわせて開催。協賛各社の試乗会も同時開催。

障害保険もしくは山岳保険事前加入義務あり。（保険加入者は事前申し込み不要。）当日のみ保険加入の場合、開催日3日前までにinfo@trailrunners.jpへ名前、住所、電話番号、生年月日を連絡いただき保険加入。（保険加入料500円）（当日、エントリー料とあわせて徴収）

Last year, I held The Trail Runners Cup 5 times. This year, I wanted to make this race something better. With a lots of considering and discussion, I decided to make them series race as The Trail Runners Cup Series in last November.

Since then, I’ve been planning and arranging them with local governments.

Finally, it gets ready for the announcement. This year, to cover all over Niigata prefecture, The Trail Runners Cup series will be held in Niigata city, Sanjyo city, Nagaoka city and Jyoetsu city with each city’s sponsorship.

I simply wish to give some chances to let as many people as possible to start some exercises and also wish they would be healthier through this event.

So, I plant to give

1st Give 2 categories (3km, 8km)
2nd 30min free one point lecture for beginners
3rd Free trail running gears trial event

So without hesitation, just join us with your friends or family:)

Nearby city, there are many safety footpath or trail that arranged by local government in Niigata. In such a place, hold the first trail running race series in Niigata for beginners or who want to start some exercises as Niigata Trail Runners Cup Series. (3km, 8km)
